And when I wrote to make a suggestion to Netflix about making their caption/subtitle data more accessible, I was met with a rude response from a customer service representative. However, the straw that broke the camel&#8217;s back arrived when news broke about Netflix&#8217;s partnership with Roku to provide On-Demand movies.
