Companies need to hear from us, and sometimes it only take one or two producers who didn&#039;t even think about it.  Maybe it was captioned on cable TV, but not on the internet.  That is two different things and two different kinds of battles.</description>

now - i applaud your enthuasium Amy, but why are you cheering CNN&#039;s coverage and not even bothering to caption it - its the whole &#039;idea&#039; behind the person&#039;s video/etc

wanted it accessible to all, yet CNN makes it not.
